Pedro Salvador Guerrero

Pedro Salvador Guerrero brings over seven years of specialized experience in immigration documentation, regulatory compliance, and administrative process management to BuroTech. As a U.S.-Mexican citizen fluent in English and Spanish, Pedro has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations navigate complex bureaucratic systems with precision and efficiency.

Currently helping law firms in DC and Virginia with employment-based and humanitarian immigration paralegal matters before USCIS and EOIR, through BuroTech. His expertise includes drafting legal documents, preparing visa petitions, managing client communications, and providing bilingual translation and interpretation services.

Pedro's professional background includes analyzing cases for over 500 visa petitioners from Latinamerica, Europe, and Asia, drafting more than 700 immigration-related documents, and developing optimized workflows using Excel, automation tools, and technology-driven solutions. Previously, he served as a Documentation Officer at the Consular Office of the Mexican Embassy, where he assisted over 1,500 citizens with document processing and regulatory compliance.

Pedro combines deep legal knowledge with practical expertise in document preparation, compliance frameworks, and process optimization. His experience in Mexican government agencies, including the Mexican homolog of the Administration for Children and Families (SNDIF), has equipped him with comprehensive understanding of regulatory analysis and policy implementation.

His commitment to accuracy, organization, and leveraging modern tools ensures clients receive professional guidance throughout their administrative journeys.
